Richmond’s homes at Mira Ocean Estates follow the same principle as the rest of the community: every residence looks out over the Arabian Sea, and every residence is handed over furnished, equipped and ready to occupy or to let.

Prices and payment
Homes at Mira Ocean Estates start from AED 550,000, with one-bedroom apartments from AED 1.1 million and two-bedroom apartments from AED 1.8 million. Townhouses, villas and mansion villas are priced on request. Everything is offered on the 50/50 payment plan, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028.
